Our new spa Loiske is now open!
Loiske Ähtäri opened its doors on May 22, 2024
Our new spa, called Loiske, opened its doors in May this year. Our deepest respect for nature is also evident in the interior design and in the lakeside sauna, where one can admire a traditional Finnish view to the lake all year round. Our hotel guests have easy access to the spa since it is built just next to us.

Our new swimming hall and spa opened in May 2024. It stands as a testament to our town’s commitment to providing a space that fosters health, wellness, and community engagement. It’s more than just a facility; it’s a place where families can gather, athletes can train, and individuals can relax and enjoy the benefits of aquatic activities.
The vision for this swimming hall goes beyond the bricks and mortar; it’s about creating an environment where people of all ages and abilities can come together to swim, learn, exercise, and most importantly, have fun. From the youngest splashers to the seasoned swimmers, this hall is designed to cater to everyone’s needs and aspirations.
The new spa-building is heated ecologically and cost-effectively with geothermal energy.
There facilities have:
- a main pool with 3 full lanes
- a kid's pool
- a cold pool for plunge therapy
- a therapy pool with massage jets
- a warm jacuzzi with a view of the lake
Modern digitalization has been utilized in:
- digital access control
- virtual water aerobics display
